Hi, I'm Adam, a product manager based in London.

I've spent the last five years taking products from zero to scale across B2B SaaS and ecommerce.

I'm currently at Ruggable, where I drive the roadmap for core ecommerce experiences across 11 countries and millions of monthly active users. I'm technically fluent, comfortable in engineering discussions about architecture and trade-offs, and not afraid to get my hands dirty with when the situation calls for it. I use experimentation and data to make decisions rather than justify them.

I studied biotechnology at university, which gave me a way of thinking about systems and experimentation that's stayed with me. I use that same approach outside of work at my allotment, where progress comes from patience, observation, and iteration, much like product work.
