About

Hi, I'm Adam - a product manager based in London.

Much of my work is about shaping digital experiences that feel thoughtful and well put together, while still being grounded in reality. I care about the details and the small touches that make products feel good to use, but I'm also pragmatic about trade-offs. Good decisions ultimately come from balancing customer needs, data, and business constraints.

I've worked across B2B SaaS and eCommerce, and I'm currently at Ruggable, supporting our global storefronts. My focus is on using analytics and testing to improve the customer journey, scale across markets, and make better product decisions in a revenue-driven context.

Outside of work, I spend time at my allotment. I studied biotechnology, and while it's not central to my career, it's shaped how I think about systems, experimentation, and why things don't always behave the way you expect - lessons that turn out to be just as relevant in soil as they are in software.
